David Katz & Associates, LLC is a real state development company that serves both established real estate developers and younger, start-up companies, bringing 40 years of condominium experience to their developments in a consultative manner on a fee and/ or project basis.
David Katz is a managing member of David Katz & Associates, LLC, and former president of Benard Katz & Associates, Inc., having joined the company in 1967, and serving as the driving force of the company for the last 20 years.
Together along with the former affiliates, David’s resume includes the building and developing of more than 55 developments in over 30 communities. These developments include luxury condominiums, townhomes and single-family residence spanning Chicago’s North Shore to the far western suburbs.
David’s background and reputation as one of the industry’s most successful developers benefit his client companies in every facet of their real estate development. As president of Benard Katz & Associates from 1993-2007, his responsibilities included supervision of all sales, marketing, and advertising, financing os all new construction, as well as soliciting skilled labor and negotiating all bids with subcontractors, and overseeing all until closings.
David has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1967. He has been a member of the board of Governors for The North Side Real Estate Board and has served as chairman of the ethics and procedures committees. He has also served on the finance, education and cooperative listing service committees if The North Side Real Estate Board.
In addition to its developer consultation services, David Katz & Assocaites, LLC is currently seeking land acquisitions and development opportunities throughout the Chicago/Suburban metro area.
