Over the years, David and  his former affiliates, have constructed thousands of condominiums in over 30 communities. In addition, he has built and renovated numerous office buildings and shopping centers.

In 1998, David began to capitalize on his skills and experience in condominium development and expanded into general contracting for other developers. It was a natural progression from everything he had been doing and was a valuable resource to assist other developers.

In the projects in which he served as general contractor, we are able to add our own experience of value engineering to the equation for developers and architects. This added dimension saved our clients significant sums of money without compromising the quality of their projects.  A Prime example of David's expertise and success is apparent in his recent retention by one of the country's largest residential developers, Cambridge Homes, a division of D.R. Horton, for general contracting of their two developments of mid-rise condominiums in Northbrook and Libertyville, Illinois.
